SHELLEY MCNEIL
Shelley grew up in the restaurant business, with her father owning the Mardi Gras Restaurant in Greensboro, NC, her grandparents owning R&O's restaurant in Bucktown, her uncle/cousin owning various italian restaurants, her nanny owning Nicoles Italian Cuisine, etc... I think you could say it is her calling in life. She graduated from LSU in Business Management with a concentration on Entrepreneurship in 2004 and took over Sammy's in 2005. She loves what she does and she especially loves that with the new location, she has been more free to express herself, through her menu, and the decor. She can only hope that her existing customers and the new ones to come love Sammys as much as she does.

JASON BURKE
Jason also grew up in or around the restaurant business. His Tata owned the Country Flame in the french quarter and various other cuban themed restaurants in the city. He worked in these restaurants as a little boy and knew that is what he wanted to do with his life. Jason gradutated from Brother Martin High School in 2000 and came to work for Sammy's in 2005. He knows Sammy's kitchen inside and out and he is the king of quality. He has put his heart into the new location and can't wait to serve his customers for years to come.

ASHLEY FLICK
Ashley also grew up in the restaurant business. Her father owned the Mardi Gras Restaurant in Greensboro, NC, her grandparents owning R&O's restaurant in Bucktown, her uncle/cousin owning various italian restaurants, her nanny owning Nicoles Italian Cuisine, etc... Ashley was also groomed for this business. She graduated from John Curtis Christian in 2004 and took over Sammy's in 2005. Ashley loves people and loves to serve them. She is almost always at the restaurant to make sure that your dining experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
